If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Gastroenterology & Hepatology Consultants ask that you notify the office 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A $60.00 no show fee will be enforced if notification is not received within the allotted time period.
Insurance co-payments are required at all office appointments. Co-payments must be received or the appointment will be rescheduled. Refer to your insurance card for the appropriate specialist co-payment amount.
Gastroenterology & Hepatology Consultants require payment at the time services are rendered. We will file insurance for all services provided. Any balances remaining will be the patient’s responsibility. Balances older than 90 days will be considered delinquent and will be turned over to a collection agency.
